Since 1982, Access Community Health Centers has addressed the financial, cultural, and language barriers that prevent access to health care. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, Access Community Health Centers provides affordable and quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care, and pharmacy services at five locations.

Access Community Health Centers accepts Medicaid and BadgerCare, Medicare, and private health insurance. For patients that are uninsured with a low income, the clinics provide reduced cost services through thier Discount Program. To receive discounted care and/or medications, patients must complete an application at their first visit and provide proof of income for themselves, spouse or domestic partner, and dependents.
