Perry County Medical Center provides primary care and family medical services to residents in outlying rural communites.  The complete staff includes internal medicine, pediatrics, family practice primary care and preventative treatment.  The facility offers comprehensive lab services, and digital X-Rays.  Other services include bone density scans, integrated behavioral health, well-child exams, immunizations, employment and school physicals, workman's comp and diabetes education.  

PCMC accepts all types of insurance and people without insurance pay a sliding fee based on the US Poverty Guidelines.
