Coordinated by the Medical Society of Chattanooga and Hamilton County and the Medical Foundation,  Project Access brings together doctors, hospitals, medical schools, community clinics, the Hamilton County health department, and many other partners all for a common goal--to make health care more available to low-income, uninsured residents of Hamilton County,.

Project Access is a referral network that helps qualified patients get specialty health care that the primary care clinics may not have, physician care, hospital care, and medication assistance.  Project Access is an enrollment site for patients in need of medications year-round.  If you're a patient in need, call to set up an appointment.
