Blue Bin Return and Survey
As a reminder, once you receive your order, please send back the blue bin in which your order was delivered.  A pre-paid UPS shipping label, two zip ties, and a survey accompanies every order.  Please fill out the survey to let us know your shippment was in good order and use the label and zip ties to send the empty blue bin back to our distribution center.  If you don't have a UPS daily pick up, UPS can pick up your bin when they drop off your next order.  Thanks so much for your help!
