What Medications are Available?

The formulary of direct manufacturer/distributor donated medication is updated quarterly and mostly consists of primary care medications to treat chronic diseases, including:

What are the Requirements to Become a Dispensing Site?

  • Provide medication to eligible patients free of charge
  • Qualify patients for eligibility (uninsured and at or below 300% Federal Poverty Level)
  • Track and segregate inventories

How do I Sign Up?

  • Find out if you qualify
  • Complete Site Application To complete an application, you will need: Tax status (nonprofit or other), applicable licenses to attach (location and individual) and contacts (invoicing, primary dispensing contact, etc.)
  • Verify site readiness and execute legal agreement
  • Site implementation (introduction and training on the web-based ordering system and review of program details)
  • Order medication and dispense to patients in need!
