Christopher F. Palombo, MA, MSHM, FACHE is the Chief Executive Officer for the Dispensary of Hope. With a strong belief that community-wide collaboration is vital for achieving the outcome of improved population health, Chris’s career has been invested into integrating safety net healthcare resources for the sake of uninsured Americans.
Before serving at the Dispensary of Hope, Chris worked as an independent healthcare consultant and as an internal program development consultant with Ascension Health, the nation’s largest non-profit and largest Catholic health system. Chris is also the former Executive Director of the Medical Care Access Coalition in Marquette, Michigan, a regional health planning and delivery coalition featured by the Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Primary Health Care as a replicable example of rural safety net healthcare integration.
Chris is a 2018 Presidential Leadership Scholar. He earned his Master of Healthcare Management from Lindenwood University (St. Charles, MO) and a Master of Arts from Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL).

J. Scott Cornwell, CMQ/OE, CSCP, CFM is the Chief Supply Chain Officer for the Dispensary of Hope. Scott has more than 25 years of compliance, supply chain leadership, organizational development, and quality improvement/project management experience in the public and private sectors. He served as a United States Technical Advisor to the ISO in developing the criteria for ISO 26000 for Corporate Social Responsibility.
An alumnus of the Nashville Young Leaders Council, Scott has served on numerous city commissions, councils, task forces, and boards. He serves as affiliate faculty and preceptor for Belmont and Lipscomb Universities; he is active in several professional associations, from which he holds multiple certifications; and he has been recognized regionally and nationally for his community and professional service.
Scott is a decorated veteran of the United States Navy. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with honors, from National University in LaJolla, CA.

Josh Kravitz, MA is the Chief Operations Officer of The Dispensary of Hope – the nation’s only fully-licensed, charitable, medication distributor that works across the entire spectrum of health care distributing medications from manufacturers, distributors, and providers to charitable clinics and pharmacies serving the poor and uninsured.
As a nonprofit leader who crafts client-centered businesses with collaborative teams to grow global brands known for efficiency and quality, Josh has served in senior positions in the for-profit and non-profit industries including as Executive Director of Cleveland-based MedWish International and Chief Operating Officer of the nationally recognized aid organization, MedShare. He has led groundbreaking initiatives such as developing a sustainable business model for medical aid team stores now used around the US and managing the formation of the MedSurplus Network, the first national association of Medical Surplus Recovery Organizations (MSROs).
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from American University in Washington, DC and a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition from Arizona State University. He now lives in Nashville and draws perspective from a winding journey living all over the US as well as London and Havana.

Anita M. Stanford, MSN, RN is the Chief Development Officer for the Dispensary of Hope. Anita has more than 20 years of business and clinical consulting, sales, program development, and implementation experience. Prior to joining the Dispensary of Hope, Anita served as Strategic Account Executive with Walgreens in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) and National Payer segment, managing the United Healthcare relationship. Prior to that, Anita held the position of Vice President of Pharmacy Services for pharmacy benefits firm ARMSRx, where she assisted employers and health plans in managing prescription drug benefits through strategy development, PBM relationship management, and contract analysis, negotiation, and compliance monitoring. Serving as Director in the healthcare consulting area of the law firm of NilanJohnsonLewis, Anita assisted PBMs and health plans to prepare and successfully attain URAC accreditation. Her previous successful health plan leadership also resulted in the implementation of a Medicare Part D program for a large Medicare Advantage health plan. As a hospital administrator, Anita gained valuable experience in helping healthcare organizations improve their financial, operational, and strategic performance.
Anita received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from East Tennessee State University and her Masters of Science in nursing, from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences.

Hillary Blackburn, PharmD is the Director of Pharmaceutical Services at Dispensary of Hope. In this role, she is responsible for providing clinical pharmacist expertise to support the organization as well as its network of pharmacies and charitable clinics. As the Director of Pharmaceutical Services, Hillary consults with pharmacy leaders across the country, sharing expertise on affordable medication access for low income patients. Her work with health systems include strategy development for identifying and implementing programs to address gaps in pharmaceutical care including the Dispensary of Hope program. In addition, Hillary collaborates in the development and use of the formulary and tools for successful program utilization by the pharmacies and charitable clinics in the Dispensary of Hope network.
Hillary is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. During pharmacy school, she interned at Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Office of Pharmacy Affairs where Hillary gained knowledge about the 340B Drug Program and developed content for HRSA’s Patient Safety and Clinical Pharmacy Services Collaborative. Hillary is a clinically trained pharmacist with client relationship, formulary management, specialty mail order pharmacy, retail, and health plan experience. She is licensed in 11 states and serves as a preceptor for Belmont and Lipscomb Schools of Pharmacy.
EDWARD WOO, PHARMD

Edward Woo, Pharm.D. currently serves as the Director of Pharmaceutical Operations with the Dispensary of Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing pharmacies and charitable clinics with reliable access to vital medication – generously donated by pharmaceutical manufacturers and providers. His day to day responsibilities include collaborating on formulary management and managing data analytics within the Dispensary of Hope. The role demands that Edward apply both his extensive pharmacy knowledge as well as his deep technology experience.
Edward also serves as the Manager, Portfolio and Product Management for the outpatient and specialty pharmacy product group at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC). In this role, Edward oversees all the pharmacy-specific software applications currently in use by VUMC. He is also responsible for evaluating and implementing new pharmacy applications, partnering with pharmacists throughout VUMC to anticipate, clarify and deliver on their technology needs.
Before joining VUMC in 2015, Edward helped co-found a healthcare technology startup company that leverages data analytics to help predict patient readmissions and hospice transference. Five years later, this company was chosen as one of four finalists in Harvard University’s 2015 Health Acceleration Challenge.
Edward spent the bulk of his career as a retail pharmacist for Walgreens. He worked in a number of locations throughout the Southeast, including Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee, and served in positions with growing levels of responsibility, from intern to staff pharmacist to pharmacy manager. Edward also helped train and mentor new staff, interns and students.
Edward’s research interests include pharmacy data analytics and automation/robotics. Plus, he has helped author academic and professional publications as well as presentations. He studied at the University of Mississippi, where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Electrical Engineering and one in Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.

Tim Lance is the Director of Distribution for the Dispensary of Hope - the nation’s only fully-licensed, charitable, medication distributor that works across the entire spectrum of health care distributing medications from manufacturers, distributors, and providers to charitable clinics and pharmacies serving the poor and uninsured.
Prior to joining the Dispensary of Hope, Tim served as the Director of Operations at Second Harvest Foodbank of Middle Tennessee. Over the last twenty years, Tim has become a subject matter expert in inventory management/warehousing with a focus on customer satisfaction, team development and distribution in the not for profit and for profit sectors.
Tim attended the University of Georgia where he concentrated his studies in Business Administration. Today, he lives in Lebanon, Tennessee with his wife (Melissa) and children (Allie, Benjamin, Jude and Joseph). Tim and his family enjoy spending time together and are active in the church where he serves as an elder.

Mark Slover is the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Dispensary of Hope. Mark has more than 30 years of experience in the field of philanthropy with a focus on health care. His work with nonprofit organizations has included the establishment of development programs, capital and comprehensive campaign management, board and volunteer engagement and the creation of robust corporate partnerships. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in journalism from Ball State University and his Master of Arts in history from Butler University.

Matt has more than 20 years of experience in the field of marketing and brand management with a focus on nonprofit health care. His work includes leadership for digital and traditional brand, marketing, communications and creative within a unique expanse of healthcare including: integrated health systems, multi-state health insurance plans, national care delivery systems, wellness and health technology startups. Matt received his Bachelor of Arts in Leadership & Ministry from Multnomah University and his Applied Associates degree in visual communications from the Art Institute of Seattle.

Justin Ward, MS is the Chief Information and Operations Officer and Certified Designated Representative for Dispensary of Hope. Justin has more than 20 years of experience in warehousing and supply chain with a focus on surplus product in the publishing and pharmaceutical industry. He owned and ran a surplus product company in the publishing industry that specialized in ecommerce sales for 15 years before coming to Dispensary of Hope. While at Dispensary of Hope, Justin became the licensed Certified Designated Representative, led Dispensary of Hope’s transition to the cloud for application and data management and developed Dispensary of Hope’s solution for the Drug Supply Chain Security Act. He continues to focus Dispensary of Hope’s technical strategy around distributed cloud computing. Justin earned his Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University and his Master of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governor’s University.
